Présentation :Ces tables rondes et cette session doctorale internationales et pluridisciplinaires s’inscrivent dans le cadre du projet IUF IFITIS. Elles posent la question inédite de la réception en droit du concept de technosphère discuté depuis près de cinquante ans par les scientifiques. Elles questionnent également la capacité des autres savoirs constitués et tout particulièrement du droit à saisir les phénomènes de la technosphère, considérée comme un tout homogène, produit par l’homme et distinct de la biosphère.
Presentation: These international and multidisciplinary round tables and doctoral sessions are part of the IUF IFITIS project. They raise the novel issue of receipt entitled the concept of technosphere discussed for nearly fifty years by scientists. They also question the capacity of other forms of knowledge, especially the law to grasp the phenomena of the technosphere, considered as a homogeneous whole, produced by humansand distinct from the biospher.
